4. Purchasing Process

4.1 Orders

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase Access Rights. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

4.2 Payment

Payment is processed securely through our payment provider (Stripe). By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method.

4.3 Delivery

• Instant Delivery: Access Rights marked as "Instant" will be delivered immediately upon successful payment
• Manual Delivery: Some Access Rights require manual processing and will be delivered within 24 hours
• Delivery is made via email to the address provided during checkout

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 100% refund guarantee under the following conditions:

• The Access Right does not work as described
• You have not used or activated the Access Right
• The refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase

To request a refund, visit our Order Tracking page and submit a refund request with your order details. All refund requests are reviewed within 24 hours.

All content on the Platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of KeyBay.io or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Product names, logos, and trademarks mentioned on the Platform are the property of their respective owners. We do not claim ownership or affiliation with these brands.

Access Rights are intended for use on third-party platforms that are not owned, controlled, or operated by us. We are not responsible for:

• Changes to third-party platform terms of service
• Suspension or termination of accounts on third-party platforms
• Third-party platform functionality or availability
• Disputes between you and third-party platforms

You may not:

• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose or in violation of any laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or user accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's operation
• Upload viruses or malicious code
• Harvest or collect user information without consent
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Engage in fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
