Before You Delete

What Gets Deleted

Deletion Process
Step 1: Download Your Data
Request Data Export:

- Subject: "Data Export Request"
- Receive within 30 days
Save:
- Order confirmations
- Receipts
- Active codes
- Any important info
Step 2: Cancel Pending Orders
Check for:
- Pending purchases
- In-progress refunds
- Open support tickets
Resolve:
- Complete or cancel orders
- Finish refund process
- Close support issues
Step 3: Submit Deletion Request

- Email address to delete
- Confirm you want deletion
- Understanding it's permanent
- Recent order number (verification)
Step 4: Verification
We'll:

2. Confirm email ownership
