To Change Email:

Contact Support:

  • Email: support@keybay.io
  • Subject: "Update Email Address"

Provide:

  • Current email
  • New email
  • Order number (any recent order)
  • Verification info

Timeline:

  • Request verified: 4-24 hours
  • Update processed: Immediately
  • Confirmation sent: Both emails

Access Your Orders:

Method 1: Email

  • All order confirmations sent to email
  • Search inbox for "KeyBay"
  • Archive important orders

Method 2: Order Tracking

  • Visit [/order](/order)
  • Enter email or order number
  • View all orders from that email
