At KeyBay, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Here's our comprehensive refund policy.

Refund Eligibility

✅ You ARE Eligible for a Refund If:

1. Code Doesn't Work

- The invite code is invalid or expired

- Unable to redeem after following instructions

- Technical issues prevent usage

2. Wrong Product Received

- You received a different product than ordered

- Product description was significantly inaccurate

3. Duplicate Purchase

- Accidentally ordered the same item twice

- Within 24 hours of original purchase

4. Non-Delivery

- No code received after 48 hours

- Email delivery issues not resolved

❌ You Are NOT Eligible If:

1. Code has been successfully redeemed

2. More than 30 days since purchase

3. Product was marked "non-refundable"

4. Violation of terms of service

Refund Process

Step 1: Contact Support

  • Order number
  • Reason for refund
  • Screenshot of any errors

Step 2: Verification

We'll verify:

  • Order details
  • Code redemption status
  • Eligibility criteria

Step 3: Approval

  • Usually within 24 hours
  • Email confirmation sent
  • Refund initiated

Step 4: Processing

  • **Credit/Debit**: 5-10 business days
  • **PayPal**: 1-3 business days
  • **Digital Wallets**: 3-5 business days

Refund Amounts

  • **Full Refund**: 100% of purchase price
  • **Partial Refund**: Rare, case-by-case basis
  • **Processing Fees**: May not be refundable

Instant Delivery Products

  • Must request within 24 hours
  • Code must be unused
  • Full documentation required

Manual Delivery Products

  • Request before code is sent: Full refund
